Crystro Lithium Tantalate LiTaO3 single crystal for SAW filters
Lithium tantalate wafer has both chemical and mechanical stability as well as a high optical damage threshold. These properties make LiTaO3 Wafers useful for SAW (surface acoustic wave) devices and optical uses.
